CONSTITUTION: A site planning and purification system for effectively purifying contaminated soil includes the following: a loading land(10) in which contaminated soil(90) is laminated; a catchment device(20) in which effluent included in the contained soil flows, and is formed to a hollow shape; a discharge device discharging the flowed wastewater to the catchment device; and a waste water processing device processing the discharged wastewater.
