PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate need of a connector for connecting one end of a maintenance carriage to the ground side. SOLUTION: Part of a circular travel rail is disposed on the maintenance carriage, and a track carriage advancing onto the maintenance carriage is moved to a maintenance zone. At least a pair of feeder lines are disposed along the travel rail, and terminals of the respective feeder lines are disposed on one end of the maintenance carriage, and a ground side position facing the end.
