PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing an alarm unit, an alarm unit, and a supporting member which enable an alarm unit to be easily installed with maintaining detecting accuracy. SOLUTION: The method of installing an alarm unit is used for installing the alarm unit on a finishing material 61 which is placed on a concrete surface and is made of a material other than the concrete, by screwing the alarm unit on the finishing material.
