PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball game exercise tool suppressing generation of noise and vibration when the tool hits a ball such as a basket ball, hitting the ball regardless of the shape of a ground or floor surface, and expanding a space for a user to hit the ball in the dribbling exercise without causing complaint about the noise or vibration. SOLUTION: The ball game exercise tool includes a sheet-shaped elastic sheet material 11 formed of an elastic material, and a support member 20 including first and second support frames 21b and 22b for supporting end edges of the elastic sheet material 11 for supporting the elastic sheet material stretchably in the vertical direction by stretching the elastic sheet material 11 in the horizontal direction between the support frames 21b and 22b. The elasticity of the elastic sheet material 11 is set so that the ball of the weight in a set range, falling from above, can be bounced upward with the restitutive force of the stretching of the elastic sheet material.
