The execution method for ballot papers where a voter brings under unique code with the help of a device with a liquid, the physicochemical properties being allowed identifying it and after completion of voting the code and voter’s identification data are entered data to computer systems of the Central Electoral Commission composing of a Central processor and a database, besides, the Central Electoral Commission computer system by means of a network is connected with peripheral subscription voter communicating devices, wherethrough the voters have the opportunity to check up process of their voting. |
