ELECTRIC MOTOR AND ASSEMBLING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor (1) securing an accurate coaxial direction of a rotor (3) with respect to a stator (5), and to provide an assembling method of the same.SOLUTION: A bearing (16) supporting a rotor shaft (2) is stored in the bearing bridge (12) of a housing, and a stator coil (7) is installed on an insulator (8) covering the stator. The bearing is coupled to the bearing bridge by adhesive and/or the bearing bridge is adhesive-coupled to the corresponding insulator (8) by a spacer component (20). In the assembling method, a stator pole of the stator is covered with the insulator and the stator coil is wound. When the bearing is installed on the rotor shaft after the bearing bridge is fitted in a direction of the rotor with respect to the stator, the bearing bridge is adjusted by the adhesive and the spacer component fix the bearing bridge and the insulator.
