The invention relates to a device for tensioning the screen gauze by means of clamping devices and springs arranged therein. By this means, no retensioning in the long term, that is to say until there is wear of the screen gauze or of its cleaning device, and thus no interruption of the technological process is required. These kinds of screen frames are preferably used in semolina purification machines which operate in the grinding system of a wheat mill. <IMAGE>
