PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor that has simple structure and cannot be plastically deformed.SOLUTION: In the pressure sensor, a diaphragm (12) is in a flat shape. A peripheral region (13) of the diaphragm (12) rotates on a stop strip (25) when the diaphragm is curved by an increase in fluid pressure in a pressure chamber (10). Support elements (21, 34) are sealing gaskets (21) mounted on a body (11), are compressed by the body (11) and the peripheral region (13) of the diaphragm, and the peripheral region permanently keeps abutting on and pressing the stop ring (25). The sealing gasket (21) is disposed opposite to the stop strip (25). |
