PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, which has an excellent neurokinin NK<SB>1</SB>, neurokinin NK<SB>2</SB>and muscarine M<SB>3</SB>receptor antagonism and is useful as a medicine for treating bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and the like. SOLUTION: There is provided a compound having formula (I) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>are each H, an alkyl, or the like; R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>are each phenyl which may be substituted, or the like; R<SP>5</SP>, R<SP>6</SP>are each H, a halogen, alkyl, or the like; L<SP>1</SP>is a single bond or 1 to 10C alkylene; L<SP>2</SP>is a single bond, a group represented by the formula: -L<SP>3</SP>-N(R<SP>7</SP>)-C(=O)-, a group represented by the formula: -L<SP>3</SP>-C(=O)-N(R<SP>8</SP>)-, or the like; m is an integer of 1 to 4; n is an integer of 1 to 10; p is 1 or 2; r, s, t are each 0 or 1].
