PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of appropriately managing obtaining information of items.

SOLUTION: A game device 10 and an achievement degree management server 18 are communicably connected. The game device 10 includes a hard disk drive 34 for storing item obtaining information in which item IDs for specifying the items obtained during the execution of an application program are associated with attribute information. The achievement degree management server 18 has a storage device 80 for storing the item obtaining information including the item IDs for specifying the items obtained by a user together with information for specifying the user. The game device 10 determines whether to transmit the item obtaining information according to the attribute information to the achievement degree management server 18.
