<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device which, even if employing such a configuration that a seal body is constituted of one sheet in a contact seal provided at an end of a nut, enables a countermeasure of dust prevention for increasing sealing properties and a countermeasure of grease holding to be taken and can be inexpensively manufactured and has enhanced assembling performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the ball screw device, the contact seal 9 provided at the end of the nut 2 has a seal body 10 having an annular plate shape formed in such a manner that a contour shape on the inner peripheral side of the contact seal comes in slide contact with a shaft right cross section of a screw shaft 1 over the entire circumference of a ball rolling groove 4 of the facing screw shaft 1 and a surface plate 12 having an annular plate shape mounted so as to support a rear side of the seal body 10 from an inner side in an axial direction of the nut 2 having a similar shape as an inner peripheral side contour shape formed by offsetting the contour shape on the inner peripheral side of the seal body in an expanding direction to the shaft right cross section of the screw shaft 1 and formed of a material harder than the seal body 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
