<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode of a solar cell and a conductive paste. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the electrode of the solar cell includes the steps of: manufacturing a semiconductor substrate having an electrode which has been preliminarily formed on the front face, the rear face or both of the front face and the rear face of the semiconductor substrate; applying a conductive paste containing conductive powder, an amorphous saturated polyester resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or lower, and an organic solvent, onto the preliminarily formed electrode; drying the applied conductive paste; placing a tab electrode onto the dried conductive paste; and soldering the tab electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
