PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide capable of transmitting an electromagnetic wave of a terahertz band without lowering transmission efficiency and being easily manufactured, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In each of one shield member 10 and the other shield member 10, a conductor layer 13 is formed on an insulation layer 12 formed by a resin. In each of first and second shield members 10, a recessed shape is formed by bending the insulation layer 12 and a conductor layer 13. One shield member 10 and the other shield member 10 are bonded to each other by an adhesive member 30 having conductivity. A hollow waveguide 1 is formed which is surrounded by the inner surface of a recessed shaped conductor layer 13 of one shield member 10 and the inner surface of a recessed shaped conductor layer 13 of the other shield member 10. |
