PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption management apparatus, power consumption management system, power consumption management method, and power consumption management program capable of more surely satisfying power saving request from a power system side by managing power consumption in a power demand facility.SOLUTION: A power consumption management apparatus comprises: a target information acquisition unit for acquiring target information showing a target of power consumption from the power system side; a time limit management unit for setting a time limit; an instruction unit for reporting, on the basis of the target information, instruction information on power consumption in a power demand facility, to the power demand facility; and a response information acquisition unit for acquiring, from the power demand facility, instruction response information showing a response content to the instruction information. The target information includes an object period for a target. The time limit management unit sets a change time limit until which instruction response information showing a response content of another power demand facility in response to instruction information corresponding to the same object period can be reported to the power consumption management apparatus. |
