摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing a low alcohol beverage and, more specifically, to a method for preparing low alcohol and/or non-alcohol beverage by removing alcohol component from a by product generated in an alcohol fermenting process. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a functional beverage using a discarded alcohol fermentation byproduct which is not used before, thereby improving using value of the alcohol fermented byproduct. According to an embodiment of the present invention, nutrients included in the alcohol fermented byproduct is maximally maintained while the alcohol component is effectively removed.
