摘要 The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for crystallizing sulfide of copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni). The present invention uses a fluidized bed reactor to crystallize the copper and nickel sequentially into the sulfide and effectively remove the copper and nickel in sewage while enabling the materials to be recycled. The apparatus includes: a first sewage supply unit supplying the sewage including copper and nickel; a first fluidized bed reactor which initiates a reaction between a first crystallization material and the copper in the sewage to crystallize the copper into copper sulfide; and a second fluidized bed reactor which receives the supernatant of the first fluidized bed reactor having the copper sulfide removed and initiates a reaction between the nickel in the supernatant and a first crystallization material to crystallize the nickel into nickel sulfide. The sewage supplied to the first fluidized bed reactor is mixed with the first crystallization material after being adjusted to have a pH of 1-2. The sewage supplied to the second fluidized bed reactor is mixed with the second crystallization material after being adjusted to have a pH of 5-7. The first crystallization material is calcium sulfide (CaS) or sodium sulfide nonahydrate (Na_2S·9H_2O). The second crystallization material is also sodium sulfide nonahydrate (Na_2S·9H_2O).
