FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method to produce plants-regenerates of Potentilla alba L. under conditions of hydroponic culture, including use of parent plant grafts, reproduction and growth, where as explants they use grafts of parent plants, which are planted into nutrient medium of Murashige and Skoog (MS), containing 0.5 mcM of BAP for introduction into tissue culture, after 20-30 days the developed sprouts are displanted for microreproduction into nutrient medium of Murashige and Skoog (MS), containing 0.5 mcM of BAP +0.25 mcM IMK +0.05 mcM GK, sprouts are implanted on Murashige and Skoog agar medium complemented with 1 mcM NUK, then plants-regenerates are withdrawn from cultural vessels, roots are washed in distilled water from agar, fixed in cassettes and placed into a hydroponic plant for 90 days for adaptation and growing of medicinal vegetable stock in Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium, containing 1/4 composition of macrosalts, 1/4 composition of microsalts, full set of vitamins, iron chelate and calcium chloride, at 24-26°C, lighting mode: 16 hours day, 8 hours night.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase yield of medicinal vegetable stock of Potentilla alba L. by raw mass for 1 year under conditions of all-the-year-round greenhouses with content of extractive substances, identical in vegetable stock to Potentilla alba L., grown under field conditions.3 dwg, 1 tbl |
