<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate having highly adhesive strength and good dimensional stability under heat. <P>SOLUTION: In a polarizing plate where a transparent protective film is laminated to at least one side surface of a polarizer via an adhesive layer, the transparent protective film is a cellulosic film, the surface of the transparent protective film to be laminated to the polarizer is applied with surface treatment by turning a polymerizable monomer having a carbon-carbon double bond into plasma to contact, and the adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive containing a modified polyvinyl alcohol resin containing a modified group comprising at least any one selected from a cation group, an anion group and a nonion group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
