Provided is a technique which can provide a registered user with a call service such as message delivery or call requests for rapid and efficient decision making in certain situations, improve security, and achieve an exact call according to status and information of the user. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a server for providing a group call service comprises: a terminal information management unit which manages identification information of a terminal provided to a user and registered to receive call information, wherein the registered terminal is grouped and managed so as to be included in at least one group on the basis of classification information as at least one information for classifying an owner of the registered terminal; a call target selection unit which when receiving call request information through a call interface from one terminal among the registered terminals, selects at least one group according to the content of the call request information, and selects terminals belonging to the selected at least one group as call target terminals; and a call control unit which controls to call the call target terminal through a call method selected according to the content included in the call request information. |
