a housing having at least one opening in a sidewall thereof; at least one engagement member extending from the housing; a base adapted to interact with the housing, wherein the base includes a mechanical assembly; and a reservoir that contains a volatile material and includes a film extending over an open end of the reservoir and having a wicking surface for diffusion of the volatile material, wherein the reservoir rotates from a first upright position in which the volatile material is not in contact with the wicking surface, to a second position in which the volatile material is at least partially in contact with the wicking surface when the at least one engagement member contacts the mechanical assembly. |
