COMPOSITION OF TUNNEL LINING CONCRETE AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of tunnel lining concrete, which composition is given moderate viscosity and material separation resistance while maintaining higher flowability and retention over time than those of normal concrete in a lining construction of the tunnel.SOLUTION: The composition of tunnel lining concrete of the present invention contains a cement additive containing: a water reducing component composed of polycarboxylic acid copolymer (A); a viscosity adjustment component composed of a water soluble polymer (B) containing a structural unit derived from sulfo group-containing (meth)acrylic acid derivative; and a bleeding reducing component composed of sugar alcohol (C), and the composition of tunnel lining concrete has a water binding material ratio of 40 to 60 mass%, a slump value of 22.5 ±4.0 cm and a slump flow value of 35 to 70 cm.
