PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a device for preventing excessive replacements by managing replacement timings of tools for each pot and each replacement required part. SOLUTION: This changing device is provided with a set information storage means 75 for setting three replacement required parts in which deterioration and wear advance in almost proportional to the number of times of tool replacements for each of the plurality of pots and setting a limit set value of the number of times of tool replacements for the replacement required parts in advance, a count means 75 for counting an actual value of the number of times of the tool replacements for each of the pots, while updating the actual value, and notification means 72 and 80 for deciding whether or not the number of times of the tool replacements for each of the pots counted by the count means 75 reaches the limit set value for each of the replacement required parts for each of the pots stored in the set information storage means 75 and giving an alarm when the number of times of tool replacements reaches the limit set value as for any of the replacement required parts.
