The present invention relates to a painting booth. In the painting booth, a through-hole is formed on the upper face, a booth having a lower air discharge passage and an upper air discharge passage on the bottom face and the upper portion of an inner wall, respectively, is provided. A fixing frame provided with a filter is fitted and fixed to the through-hole of the booth. An air pass net and a grating are installed on the booth bottom. The natural air from which foreign materials or dust is filtered through a filter is uniformly supplied into the booth. Paint or air is uniformly discharged to the lower air discharge passage through the grating and the air pass net. The air soaring up in the booth is discharged through the upper air discharge passage. A vortex phenomenon of updrafts circling in the booth is prevented. According to the present invention, the natural air falls free. The air is uniformly distributed in the entire space. The air and paint in the booth are rapidly discharged through the air pass net having pass holes with different standards from each other. The supply amount and discharge amount of the air are equal. The pressure in the booth is uniform. The air soaring up in the booth is discharged through the upper air discharge passage. A vortex is prevented. The air does not circle due to the prevention of the vortex. Foreign materials or dust in the air does not settle on a target conductor. The paint applied to the article or vehicle comes in contact with the air and is uniformly dried due to the uniform distribution of the air and a painted surface of the article or the vehicle is uniformly dried. Thereby, the reliability of a product is improved. |
