The present invention relates to a multimedia network service system including a toll-free call function providing a toll-free call route which can mutually form a toll-free call line between a caller terminal and a receiver terminal when a caller makes a toll-free call even if both the caller terminal and the receiver terminal have no application exclusive for a toll-free call. The system enables a toll-free call to be made even if both the caller terminal and the receiver terminal have no application exclusive for a toll-free call. The system comprises: a caller terminal and a receiver terminal, a multimedia network service server, a call service device, a first call route forming device, and a second call route forming device.
