PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming agent, a foamable composition, a foaming article, and a method and a system for forming.SOLUTION: There are provided: a foaming agent containing at least one kind of fluoroalkene represented by formula I and (b) at least one kind of foaming agent containing fluorinated ether; a composition containing the foaming agent; and a foamed article. There is also provided a foaming agent having a global warming potential of about 150 or less and an ozone depletion potential of about 0.05 or less. XCFZR3-Z (I), where X is a C1, C2, C3, C4 or C5 unsaturated substituted/unsubstituted radical, each R is independently Cl, F, Br, I or H and z is 1 to 3. |
