PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven washing brush capable of preventing a brush bundle from giving a damage to the skin surface, separable from a foaming device, and having good usability.SOLUTION: There are included a brush body 20, and a brush drive mechanism for driving the brush body 20. The brush body 20 includes a brush bundle 61 comprising a group of vertically extending brush hairs, and a cylindrical holding ring 75 fixing and holding the lower end part of the brush bundle 61. When a maximum width in the horizontal direction of the inner peripheral surface of the holding ring 75 is D0, and a projection dimension of the brush bundle 61 from the holding ring 75 is H0, the maximum width D0 of the holding ring 75 and the projection dimension H0 of the brush bundle 61 are set so as to satisfy an inequality (D0/2<H0). The washing brush can serve also as a stirring body in a foaming device in which the stirring body is detachably attached to a foaming container. |
