PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium conveyance apparatus which uses a main component for forming a medium inversion conveyance section, in common with multiple kinds of apparatuses different in size, an image forming apparatus, and a method of assembling the medium conveyance apparatus.SOLUTION: A medium conveyance apparatus 16 of an image forming apparatus 10 includes: a conveyance section 17 for conveying a medium P; a first structure (first plate-like member) 182 which forms a first conveyance path 181 for guiding the medium P to be conveyed in a first direction (-x direction) from upstream to downstream in a medium conveyance direction; and a second structure (first member) 192 for forming a storage space 194. The first structure 182 includes a first area 185 arranged outside the storage space 194 to form the first conveyance path 181, and a second area 186 arranged inside the storage space 194. |
