PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type shelter which can folded.SOLUTION: A shelter is equipped with: a rigid-body hollow cargo container; a vertical side surface; means which is combined with the rigid-body hollow cargo container and a rotary wall part in order to releasably fix the rotary wall part at a vertical position; means which is provided for so supporting the rotary wall part that the rotary wall part is maintained at a horizontal position; a frame which can be folded; and a flexible cover which is so provided as to be supported above the rotary wall part when the rotary wall part presents at a lowered horizontal position.
