The present invention is directed to a method for tracking the physical fitness of a mammal which comprises providing a body fluid sample to a biochip in order to obtain a first group of information, and processing said first group of information together with a second and third groups of information, said second group of information comprising biometric data of said mammal, and said third group of information comprising data of a specific physical activity performed by said mammal before providing the body fluid sample. The invention also provides a system to put into practice said method.
