Disclosed is a helmet having a shock absorbing ability. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a helmet having a shock absorbing ability, comprising a hard outer skin member forming the exterior for surrounding the head of a wearer; a soft inner skin member formed to come in contact with the head of the wearer on the inner side of the outer skin member to absorb a shock applied from the outer skin member; and a honeycomb intermediate material formed on an interface between the outer skin member and the inner skin member to disperse the shock applied from the outer skin member. |
