<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for deciding a gas state, and a trigger signal generation device, in which the accuracy of decision in change of measurement is improved and thereby a trigger signal is generated more accurately. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 44 of a gas meter 40 includes: a decision unit 44a for deciding gas leak and at least one of gas appliances used, on the basis of a waveform configured by the measurement output by a pressure sensor 41 during a period of micro time from a generation of the trigger signal by a trigger signal generation unit 43; and an updating unit 44b for, in a period of regulation time after a lapse of the period of micro time, updating a trigger generation reference value on the basis of a waveform during the period of regulation time, when the measurement output by the pressure sensor 41 shows a value out of a pulsation tolerance at predetermined times or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
