PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress that can be easily replaced when it is dirty.SOLUTION: A mattress 13A can be applied to an integrated bed 100 that comprises: a bed body part 20; and a wheelchair part 10 that can be separated from the bed body part 20 and includes a wheelchair back bottom, a wheelchair waist bottom, and a wheelchair foot bottom. The mattress 13A comprises: a first protrusion for fixing to a back part hole of the wheelchair back bottom; a fixing tool for fixing to the wheelchair waist bottom; and a second protrusion for fixing to a foot part hole of the wheelchair foot bottom.
