SUBSTRATE WITH TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM, PATTERNING METHOD FOR THE SAME, AND TRANSPARENT TOUCH PANEL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which: a light absorption layer containing a transparent resin is arranged on a transparent conductive film as a conventional substrate with the transparent conductive film to decrease scattering light by a metal nano-wire; and there has been a case where the light absorption layer worked as a hindrance to affect a patterning property via the light absorption layer of the metal nano-wire.SOLUTION: A substrate 110 with a transparent conductive film comprises: a transparent base material 140 having an easy adhesion layer 130; a transparent electrode layer 120 formed on the easy adhesion layer 130 in which a metal nano-wire 160 is contained in a binder section 150; and a pigmented layer 170 which is formed on the transparent electrode layer 120. The pigmented layer 170 is used in the substrate with the transparent conductive film which has permeability to etching liquid of the metal nano-wire, thereby etching the metal nano-wire 160 via the pigmented layer 170.
