The present invention relates to a sleep aid device comprising a support having both ends facing each other; first insertion bodies connected to each end of the support; and second insertion bodies connected to each first insertion body, separated from each other, and facing each other, wherein the first insertion bodies include ceramic, and the second insertion bodies include germanium to smoothen an air flow flowing into the choana through the external nares while sleeping, thereby controlling and preventing generation of respiratory noise, and improving health of a user. |
