To solve the problem of providing a dispensing device for flat products wound onto rolls which enables a simple operation, a device of this type is proposed comprising a cover part with a front wall and a housing part, the housing part comprises a rear wall and a first and second side wall, forming an interior space, wherein a pivot arm is hinge mounted and assigned to one of the two side walls, wherein a hinge axis of the pivot arm is oriented between the front wall and rear wall and transverse to a longitudinal extension of a pivot arm, wherein the pivot arm has a guide part arranged underneath the pivot axis and a retaining part arranged above the pivot axis, the surfaces of said parts facing the interior space forming an obtuse angle (α) in a range from approximately 130º to approximately 176º. |
