The present invention relates to a food composition for promoting bone growth and increasing bone density, containing a composite as an active ingredient, wherein the composite comprises a safflower seed extract, a boswellia extract, and a Scutellaria baicalensis extract. The food composition containing a composite of natural extracts is nontoxic, is harmless to humans, and has few side effects.
