A power receiving unit (100) and a processing cartridge (C). The power receiving unit (100) is detachably engaged with a drive unit (500) on an electronic imaging device and receives power from the drive unit (500), and comprises an engagement part (110), a connection part (120) and a transfer part (150), wherein the engagement part (110) is used for engaging with the drive unit (500) on the electronic imaging device to receive the drive force of rotation; the transfer part (150) is used for transferring the drive force of rotation into the processing cartridge (C); and the connection part (120) is used for connecting the engagement part (110) and the transfer part (150). The connection part (120) at least comprises an elastic component, and when the power receiving unit (100) is engaged with or disengaged from the drive unit (500), the elastic component is bent, thereby avoiding or reducing the mutual impact between structures.
