PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for performing driving support such as notification of appropriate driving information according to a driving experience history of a driver or a passenger of a vehicle even when the driver or the passenger get in another vehicle. SOLUTION: Driving experience information and personal information of each driver or passenger acquired by an on-vehicle device 50 are recorded in a portable recording device 18 configured to be portable as driving experience history together with an ID. A driver is identified based on a cabin image acquired with an cabin camera 12, and the driving experience history and the personal information of the identified driver are inputted to a control part 20 from the portable recording device 18. The control part 20 determines the level of the driving support for the driver from the inputted driving experience history and personal information, and controls the operation content of at least either the on-vehicle device 50 or a vehicle driving device 30 based on the determined level of the driving support.
