PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyroelectric sensor unit for quickly reopening use when the supply of electric power is interrupted, and to provide electrical equipment provided with it, a sanitary washer and a lavatory device. SOLUTION: The pyroelectric sensor unit comprises: a pyroelectric sensor for outputting a first level signal corresponding to detection and a second level signal corresponding to non-detection; and a control part for determining that a signal from the pyroelectric sensor is normal after a time continuously outputting the second level signal reaches a first time from the pyroelectric sensor after a power source is charged.
