The drum is a cigarette rolling drum, a cutting drum, a bladed drum or a printing unit for cigarette paper. A unit (4) supplies dry ice and/or liquid carbon dioxide into the inlet of a nozzle (1). The nozzle has an outlet opening (8) for the cleaning jet (2) composed of dry ice and/or liquid carbon dioxide. At least one component cleaned, belongs to a perforation device. A further opening (5) in the nozzle is used to supply a pressure medium, especially compressed air. The design ensures jetting of a specific quantity carbon dioxide particles for cleaning.
