<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge and display an object (ball etc.) which is displayed small in a video display area when the game of football etc., is viewed. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 1 comprises an image data input part 11, a decoding part 12, a motion vector calculation part 12a, an object (area) enlargement part 13 which enlarges an object having the largest change of a motion vector within a given time, a display part 14 which displays decoded image data, an enlargement indication part 15 comprising, for example, an operation button operated for enlarging display etc., and so on.
