<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of reducing cost and simplifying maintenance work. <P>SOLUTION: A valve casing Va having an inner flow passage 101 formed therein and provided with a valve seat 102 to surround the inner flow passage 101, is provided with a cylindrical casing main body 104 supporting the valve element in such a manner that the same can freely move forward and backward and a cylindrical valve seat forming body 105 for forming the valve seat under a condition where an annular seal member 106 put between an end surface 104a of the casing main body 104 and an end surface 105a of the valve seat forming body 105, in such a manner that the same can be detachably assembled. An inner flow passage 101 is formed over the casing main body 104 and the valve seat forming body 105, an end surface of the valve seat forming body 105 is formed to project to more inner side than the end surface 104a of the casing main body 104. A seal member 106 is formed to project more inner side than the end surface 104a of the casing main body 104.
