发明名称 DATA READING AND WRITING CIRCUIT FOR MAGNETIC DISK DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a low voltage driving and a power saving by interposing respective two-divided parts of a reading/writing winding and each one transistor (TR) between a pair of power source lines. CONSTITUTION:When data are written by a first head 3, alternating current switches S1, S2 and TR 54 are on-controlled. TRs 24 and 28 are turned alternately on and off corresponding to the writing data. As the result, by the circuit composed of a power source line 33, first and second parts 18a and 18b of a reading/writing winding 18, the TRs 24 and 28, a constant current circuit 29 and a ground line 26, a writing current flows. The action when the data are written by a second head 4 corresponds to the action when the data are written by the head 3. Thus, when the data are written, either of TRs 24, 28 and 24a, 28a lies between the line 33 and the line 26 and a voltage loss is minimized. As the result, the low voltage driving and the power saving of the disk device can be performed.
