MANUFACTURE OF PLASTIC MAGNET COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the magnetic characteristic of a plastic magnet and to enhance the molten fluidity at a molding operation by a method wherein a prescribed solution is used at an electroless plating process and a material having a prescribed weight ratio is used at the molding operation. CONSTITUTION:The alkali metal salt of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole expressed by the general formula (I) or the alkali metal salt of 3-(2-benzothiazolylthio) propionic acid expressed by the general formula (II) in 0.05 to 1wt.% is contained in the total weight of an electroless plating solution. Then, a composition material is formed to comprise 90 to 95wt.% of an Nd-Fe-B-based magnetic powder 6n which a metal layer has been formed by an electroless plating method; and 5 to 10wt.% of a 12 nylon 12 resin. Thereby, it is possible to enhance the characteristic of a product such as a component for a motor or a magnetic-field generation apparatus.
