A guiding device of a bobbinless coil winding machine is provided to improve the precision and the productivity of products by preventing gap from being generated due to the bond rubbing of a spindle and a shaft. A guiding device of a bobbinless coil winding machine comprises a spindle(30), a rear sleeve(44) and a rotation key(50). The spindle is installed in order to be concentrically extended to a jig(18). A key groove(32) is formed on the outer circumference of the spindle. The rear sleeve is installed to deliver torque with concentrically surrounding the spindles. The rear sleeve accepts the spindles to move in an axis direction. The rotation key is installed at one side of the rear sleeve. The front end of the rotation key is linearly contacted to the key groove.
