<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface providing device and method, and a recording medium with a program for performing the method recorded therein. <P>SOLUTION: The method which provides a user interface (UI) according to an embodiment includes a step which displays a retrieval window on a web page provided to a user client, a step which receives a retrieval word inputted to the retrieval window from the user client, a step which generates by retrieving, using the received retrieval word, content list information including at least one of buttons including names, proper keys, abbreviated keys of content relating to the retrieval word, buttons including content web page information, and abbreviated key setting buttons for setting abbreviated keys, and a step which displays the content list information at a specific position on the web page as a result window.
