PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for detecting a bot performing unauthorized communication. SOLUTION: A communication controller 10 includes a first database 50 storing a list of signatures of normal communication, a position detection circuit 32 for acquiring communication data and extracting data of a predetermined length as a comparison object data from a predetermined position of communication data thus acquired such that the signature of communication data is included, a circuit 380 for masking the data other than the signature of communication data out of the comparison object data thus extracted, a circuit 30 for searching the signature of communication data included in the masked comparison object data from the first database 50, and a processing circuit 40 for issuing a warning when communication data not matching the signature of normal communication stored in the first database 50 is detected.
