A front end module is provided to minimize the damage of a vehicle by making a front air duct pushed toward the inside of a rear air duct and absorbing an impact at a vehicle collision. A front end module comprises a carrier(10) composed of a front panel(20) composed of upper, lower horizontal supporting portions(22,24) and right, left vertical supporting portion(26,28) connecting the upper, lower horizontal supporting portions, and head lamp seating portions extended to the right and left sides of the front panel, a cooling module(40) mounted to the rear of the front panel, an air duct(70) provided to the front of the front panel to guide air flew in to the cooling module, and a bumper beam(60) and a bumper mounted to the front of the front panel, wherein he air duct is formed to be narrower from the front panel to the front of a vehicle and formed by coupling a front air duct(71) and a rear air duct(73) with each other.
