PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of specifying a detailed failure part of an input/output system in a vehicle. SOLUTION: In a vehicular air-conditioner CA (a vehicular control device), flag setting circuits 531a, 532a, 533a are provided on a communication circuit 531 for a servo motor, a CAN communication circuit 532 and a panel communication circuit 533, respectively. A current value input circuit 521 is provided on a solenoid valve driving circuit 511, and feedback circuits 512a, 513a are provided on a blower motor driving circuit 512 and a relay driving circuit 513, respectively. A current sensor 541 is provided on each of various kinds of sensors SE, and a current sensor 542 is provided on each of various kinds of switches SW. A CPU 501 of an air-conditioner ECU 50 outputs the diagnosis data on a specified input/output means or an input/output circuit according to the diagnosis request from an external failure diagnosis device 200 while adding the fail flag from the flag setting circuits 531a-533a and the current values from the current sensors 541, 542.
