摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam molded article in which magnetic bodies are contained in a predetermined oriented state and further to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a magnetic induction foam molding apparatus suitable for manufacturing the urethane foam molded article. SOLUTION: The magnetic induction foam molding apparatus 1 comprises a pair of electromagnet parts 2U, 2D, a foaming mold 4 and a yoke part 3. The pair of electromagnet parts 2U, 2D have core parts 20U, 20D composed of a ferromagnet and coil parts 21U, 21D placed on outer circumference surfaces of the core parts 20U, 20D and are placed so as to face each other and depart from each other with a predetermined distance in an axis direction of the core parts 20U, 20D. The foaming mold 4 is interposed between the pair of electromagnet parts 2U, 2D and a cavity 41 is defined inside it. The yoke part 3 connects back surfaces of the respective core parts 20U, 20D of the pair of the electromagnet pats 2U, 2D so as to form a magnetic path between the pair of back surfaces.
